Wolfberry, is a Solanaceae, a genus of plants. The daily consumption and medicinal wolfberry are mostly the fruits of Ningxia wolfbery,and Ningxia wolfberry is the only variety that is included in the <2010 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia>.
Ningxia wolfberry has the largest cultivated area in China, mainly distributed in northwestern China. Common varieties in other regions are Chinese wolfberry and its varieties. Ningxia Zhongning was awarded the national climate indicator for the climate quality of agricultural products.
